Thanks - I have uploaded the file and will test things. I worry about cal of multiple IFs with different pol cals but listr itself does an odd loop over IFs now and maybe the trouble lies there. Note that RLDIF is the task one now uses for this operation and I will check it too. Thanks Eric Greisen
