[daip] Problem loading new VLBA data

Hi Sean,

It looks like it is 4 passes (is that right?).  There has been some changes to 
FITTP, which is used to put this version of the data on the archive.  So it is 
possible that the analysts put this in the archive on the day that FITTP wasn't 
working.  But are you trying to concatenate the 4 passes?  That won't work if 
the passes are different frequency ranges.

I'll download the data and take a look, although I might not get back to you 
until Monday.
