[daip] CALIB feedback confusion and suggestion.

CALIB reports the number of points partially and fully flagged 
previously and by gains.  I got quite confused because it was reporting 
very large numbers of partial flags previously and I was pretty sure 
that I had not done any previous partial flagging.  I also searched the 
data hard for any negative weights (the FG table only had one entry). 
It turns out that data flagged under the DOFLAG option goes into the 
partially flagged bin.  Discovering this took quite a bit of time. 
Surely I'm not the only one confused by this.  Could there be a third 
category to cover such data in a more obvious manner?
