[daip] DBCON error message I can't decipher

    I think it is encountering an old table with 1 fewer column -
probably the WX table.  You could PRTAB the 2 input WX tables and see.
This error is of no consequence..

The output file should have the number of vis equal to the sum of the
two going in.

I wonder about weights.  Is it possible that one data set - the first
has calibrated weights while the second has the old format weights (1,
2, 3, etc)?  If the two weightings are vastly different, the low
weighted data will count for less than expected.
