I suspect that you should run CALIB on the calibration data and then
copy the SN file (CLCAL can merge SN tables if needed to make a new
combined one).  Then copy the SN table to the line data file with
TACOP.  You may have to set the source column in the SN table to zero
which TABED will let you do.

Odd observing mode - what did they do for bandpass cal?
