[daip] VLANT problem

I have discovered a problem and corrected it.  There was a good
sounding option in all man pages for curl (Mac and Linux at least).
BUT neither version of curl will accept it (and it is not listed when
one does curl --help).  I have removed it from the 4 places it
occurred in AIPS and tomorrow's MNJ will have a fixed version.

BTW - I did type the name wrong in showing you the curl command.  The
file in AIPSTARS does need to be deleted after use since we will
change the data more during and even after 2007.
