The need to "move" the center of the array toward Pie Town to get
adequate fringe rotation was discovered at some time after Pie Town
observations were undertaken.  The Q band is supposed to have the
offset applied and apparently it was not in your data.  Load your
other band and copy the AN table - or wait to see if Ken can find the
start date of this correction and I can build that into FILLM.
