Did yuu change SITE names by accident? A binary installation always
makes an RSYNC.ME file in $SYSLOCAL, but note that $SITE is in the
path name to $SYSLOCAL. If the site name was something new during the
install (rsyncs) but reverts later...
It is the RSYNC.ME file that causes AIPSPATH to fix up the library
paths.
