[daip] Aips problem

Not funky just new.  We are building the EVLA and so we changed the
way stations are named.  They are "VLA: "xxx for old antennas and
"EVLA:"xxx for overhauled antennas.  I am suprised that a competent
pakage such as difmap should care about such things.
