[daip] installation problem on linux

I'm using the aips "install wizard" doing a network installation on a
linux-intel server. The perl script I'm using was downloaded from:
ftp://ftp.aoc.nrao.edu/pub/software/aips/31DEC07/install.pl
I intend to use aips on clients sharing the installation from a NFS
server, so during the installation I specified to use group "aipsuser"
as the shared group. However, after the installation I noticed that
all files/directories were created with the primary group of the user
account I used to run the perl script.
Searching the script I discovered many calls to chmod if GROUPWRITE
was set to yes, but *no* calls to chgrp. Now I'm in a position to
have to manually set files/directories to the aipsuser group, but I
need the list of them. Do you have such a list? Or, better yet, a
patched script that runs chgrp when needed?
Thanks,
