I am about to try to use MOVE to do some bookkeeping - moving a lot of
files to a different userid/disk.  I hit an awkwardness that you might
want to think about.  To run MOVE, I have to assign USERID to the
destination value.  But to run any of the catalog programs, I have to have
it set to the current value or 0.  So I have to keep resetting it to keep
track of what I'm doing.  This surely will lead to confusion and probably
to errors.  How about using some other variable for the destination user
id in MOVE?
