[daip] DBCON problem

I am trying to combine two data sets, CD observvations from 1998, and B
array from 2001. When I combine them using DBCON, I actually obtain a
_higher_ flux integral. All I can guess is that I don't understand the
reweight parameter -- from the help file I thought that I would be able
to set it to zero for these data. Could you suggest anything? The data
headers and the DBCON parameters are attached below. Thanks very much
