Hi Ivan,

I think the best thing to try is EDITR.  It was designed for VLBI but allows you 
to look at the amplitudes and phases and flag on a baseline basis.  When you run 
it it will show you the amplitudes but you can click on a button to have it show 
you the phases.  I would recommend you tell it to plot all the polarization and 
IFs together (CROWDED=1) so that you don't have to look at each polarization and 
IF separately (which can be mind numbing).  Also you might want it to display 
all the baselines to each antenna, for that set ANTUSE explicitly to the antenna 
numbers.
