Please do not run the job over and over when it fails.  You need to
solve the source of failure and then run it.  I will make suggestions

    This is very strange - do a
printenv | grep PSAP | grep SUN
there should be only 1 line.  If there is more thhan one, something is
appending the directories more than once - which our standard
procedures do not do.

    To get it to work, do
cd $AIPS_ROOT
source LOGIN.CSH        (or . LOGIN.SH for bash shells)
cd $TST/$ARCH/UPDATE
cat LAST*DAT*

change the contents of LASTREMOVE.DAT to e.g.
20070120.044250

This might be enough to get away from the failures of the removes and
let the rest go ahead normally.  Note, if LASTGOOD.DAT is higher than
20070119.000000 then you might want to copy LASTGOOD.DAT to
LASTREMOVE.DAT.  Then try it again.

After it works - then please remove aipsmgr at nrao.edu from the MailList
variable.  It is standard to leave it in ErrorList but I get about 15
MNJ reports a night and do not need more (when they work anyway).
