[daip] Problems using AIPS FITS cubes with C program

Yes - if the file is larger than 2.1 Gbytes, then older programs might
not be able to open the file.  I do not personally know about these
programs and the files I tried fv on were modest in size.

AIPS now reads FITS files with C I/O using 64-bit extensions as we do
our internal files.  Our old Fortran reading/writing could not be
extended.
