[daip] LISTR woes

I noticed that LISTR (from May 2007), with OPTY=GAIN, and e.g.,
DPARM=7,0 (print rates), got the frequencies for IFs other than the
first one wrong - it failed to add the header frequency, so e.g. first
IF is correctly at 22.188552500 GHz, but second IF is at 0.007 GHz:
output below. This has the result the mHz rates are out to lunch.
Note that it gets it right for the first IF printed (even if BIF !=
1).
I ran a midnight job just now (Aug 28), and got a new version of
LISTR. This one refuses to list more than one IF, even if BIF != EIF.
Not sure if the above problem has been fixed since you can't print out
more than 1 IF at now....
