Hi Leonia,

After the TV crashes I exit AIPS and restart it to produce a new TV.  Then 
when I try to write to this TV I get the "TV being used by someone else" 
error.  I have to kill that new TV, exit AIPS, and restart it to get it to 
work properly again.
