I don't really understand your question.  Correct how?  There are programs in 
AIPS that will shift the position of the phase center (UVFIX, CLCOR, to name a 
couple).  But as far as I know there are no tasks that will change the positions 
of different sources differently.  Are you sure two images are the same epoch?
