Shouldn't VLBAPCOR use INTERPOL='SELF' in CLCAL?  The pcal phases
typically change between scans because of the slew.  Plus the pcal monitor
points are not very frequent, so they tend to be well away from the scan
ends.  I got ramps between scans on different sources, which is not good.

Of course, the issues of my recent message on CLCAL need to be addressed.
