[daip] Post RESEQ problems

After running RESEQ, leaving an empty antenna 4, I ran UVFLG to read in
the flags from SCHED.  Those flags are keyed to ant_name so UVFLG has to
compare name with number.  It didn't do well.  Flags meant for antennas 1,
2, and 3 look ok.  All others were assigned to antenna 4!

Having now run into problem with two of the first very few programs I
tried (see previous message on DTSUM), I'm surrendering and returning to
the original file.  I'll just live with the variable number/name
association, although that will be a pain for this 18 session project.
