Do you have the adverb DOPOL set to true?  These data have no RL or LR
polarizations and hence are not able to have polarization calibrated
and do not need it.  The message is coming from deep in a routine that
is only called when DOPOL is true and states that the task PCAL has
not been run to determine the polarization calibration.
