The issue is whether the COMRPLs of subroutines got done.  If not,
then relinking will link with the old versions and things will not
change.  Sometimes, the system thinks the COMRPLs have worked when
they did not and then later MNJs do not repeat the COMRPLs.  It would
be interesting to

COMRPL $APLNOT/{BP,CAL}INI
COMLNK $APGNOT/UVCOP

and see if UVCOP still produces BP errors.  Note that it did not do
CALINI errors since UVCOP does not use CALINI.  The PC errors will
occur since the PC table columns for polarization 1 should have values
and they do not.  This is a warning only if the PC table is not
actually used.
