[daip] Typo in CLIPM help file?

Under APARM:
                                    (9) > 0 => flag all channels
                                        if >= APARM(8) are
                                        clipped

I believe that should be APARM(9) in the text, at least that is the way 
it looks in the code.  It doesn't really make sense as APARM(8).

Note that the same recurs in both the inputs and help portions of the file.
