[daip] comlnk a private AIPS task at linux

You have to be on (the computer) dave.  So ssh onto dave then type:
LIBS $APGNOT > UVAVG.OPT
COMLINK UVAVG UVAVG.OPT

Then in AIPS set the version to the directory UVAVG is in and run UVAVG.
