Bob,

I'm afraid we need a bit more information than it's redhat, like what  
version of the kernel is it? i.e. uname -a, also can you send along  
the output of

ls -l /dev/st0*
ls -l /dev/nst0*

I'm not real sure we can come up with an answer for you, but we'll  
give it a go.
