[daip] VBGLU and FQIDs

I have a VLBA data set correlated in two passes (first 2 IFs at 42.8 GHz and
last 2 IFs at 43.1 GHz - so yes, non-contiguous bandwidth coverage) with two
spectral line sources that thus are in two frequency IDs because of their
different velocities, both in pass 1 (42.8 GHz) as well as in pass 2 (43.1
GHz). When I run VBGLU, the NX file shows that I still have 2 FQIDs, but the
FQ table only shows one, with the 2 IF pairs differing 43.1-42.8 GHz and not
two FQIDs (differing a few MHz) with 2 IF pairs. I got around it by splitting
each off before glueing, but I think it should also work without doing that
(some obs will have much more than two FQIDs).

Anyway, I guess no hurry (for me that is)
