You need to cd to your aips_root area.  Then

source LOGIN.CSH

or 

. LOGIN.SH             for bash shells

Then $CDTST

Then I tink the new MAKE.MNJ is in $SYSLOCAL but it could be in
$TST/$ARCH/UPDATE.  Run that one
