Tomorrow's MNJ will add the ROTATE adverb.  I tried running CELGAL on
all your images and then making a galactic coordinates -AIT and that
pointed out the use the the rotation from the first image.  Now it
uses ROTATE in all cases since 0 is a meaningful and normal value.

Thanks for sticking with the problem - too many users quit is disgust
before the problem gets solved.
