Eric - we did MNJ, got new FLATN, nice new adverbs, etc. Attached are
my inputs. The output map from this is, as expected, a 200x200 image
with 240" pixels, and the data properly interpolated onto the map down
to a declination of just below 26degrees, which is the lowest
declination in the first input map. Same problem as previously.
