I have found a bug in WTMOD.  If the first sample was not the desired
SUBARRAY then all weights come out 0.0.  Fixed with the next MNJ.

I could not find a problem in UVLSF.  It is a bit hard to test but I
tried one test:

ICHANSEL=6,20,1,1, 44,58,1,1

versus

ICHANSEL=6,12,1,1, 13,20,1,1, 44,50,1,1,51,58,1,1

which should give identical results.  It does.

Can you provide me with a data set that fails and the inputs on which
it fails?
