[daip] bug in IMVAL

Also IMPOS, QIMVAL and MAXFIT.  I corrected the two subroutines
involved to negate all 3 parts of the coordinate.  That meets the
definition for when COORDINA is used as input rather than output.

Tonight's MNJ will fix this.
