[daip] Next step after a RUN RECAT hasn't worked.

Hi Anthony,

How did said user lose their catalog?  If their catalog was simply 
destroyed on disk then RUN RECAT should work.  Do the files still exist 
(NB Eric's message)?  Does the user get messages when they try to do a u 
or mcat?

Other possibilities:
  1) user changed USERID, set to 0 and see if catalog reappears
  2) AIPS version got set to something odd, set vers=''
