[daip] Next step after a RUN RECAT hasn't worked.

Hi,

  I'm sure I've asked this before but I've failed to find a reply in my 
mailboxes.

  After a user has lost their catalogue and then gone through the steps to 
do a RUN RECAT outside of aips, but still no files have appeared, what was 
the next thing to do?
