As I wrote you at the previous message ( have you reveived it?) UVCON 
works at my hand.

I do not get stars at the second lines of the UVCON outprint.

Now I think I know why you get the stars and the following problem.

I guess your input file has something not blank at the end of each line 
(after ....2)
Just clean the ends of the file's lines.

On the other hand if you put a resonable location of your array center 
(second line of the input file) but not zeros
UVCON will work with your original lines!!!
