FLAGR uses only the parallel hand data because that is always what we
have done.  You can tell it to flag all correlators when flagging
one.  I can look at allowing the user to have more control.  The
algorthms assume that the signal, if any, is steady with time more or
less.  But cross-hands are nearly zero so that should be okay for some
of the algorithms anyway.  Of course, I can only change 31DEC06 which
is of little help to you if you go on using 31DEC04.

BTW - please use the e-mail address daip at nrao.edu.  I will propbably
answer but the full group gets to look at the queries and can cover
for me when I am on travel or when they know more about the question.
