About the model data:

You wrote:

This mean that the relevant inputs for UVCON should be:
IN2NAME 'TEST'  ( you used the same => correct)
IN2CLASS 'IMAG' ( you used '', wrong)
IN2SEQ   2      ( you used 47, wrong)
INDI <the disk number>  probably 1

If you type 

get2n 47
as I wrote you in the previous message, you'll get the right in2puts, or you have to use the in2puts, picked up from the line:
   AIPS 1:   47    2 TEST        .IMAG  .    2 MA 13-MAY-2006 21:01:47
see above.

This is solution of your problem finding the model.

The INFILE has to be fixed as I explain you at the previous message.
