I have changed PEELR as of this morning's MNJ to use a new verb in
AIPS and hence to use file names with seq number = POPS number.  This
will allow more than one PEELR (from separate aips sessions) to run at
the same time.  previously that was not allowed.

CALIB requires data to be in TB order - if you give it a data set with
a BT or blank sort order PEELR will fail.

I did change STUFFR also to add a sort to TB order to help prevent
this user error.
