Do a PRTAB on your ST file.  Are the star types <= 0?

A user pointed out that STARS promises that types <= 0 will have no
symbol plotted.  So I fixed the stars plotting routine to meet this
expectation.  It is not KNTR but all plot tasks.  I guess MF2ST should
be careful to insist on a type = 1 or more.  It is controllable with
user adverbs CTYPE but that causes problems too.  I guess I should
revisit this issue.
