[daip] Problem with opening TV in AIPS

Hey there,

I'm having a problem getting the TV to open on the host computer where we
store AIPS. TVs will open on all the netwroked diskless terminals without
issue by starting aips with:

aips tv=local

but no luck on the host setup. I have deleted all LOK, MSS, TKS, and XAS files
to no avail and have also rebooted the machine in an attempt to resolve the
issue. HELP!
