If you look at the headers of the tables I notice that you frequently
have TFORMn = 'J' or 'D' or whatever.  That means that there are no
values in that column - actually that is what it means to our FITS
reader which needs fixing.  The default value of the repeat count is
1.  I will fix it in the 31DEC06 version.  If your writer did not
depend on defaults but gave the repeat count always, then older
versions should work.
