[daip] AP size

Following your advice, I asked our AIPS manager to raise the size of the
pseudo-AP on our machines from 1 to 20 megawords. She made this change in
the PAPC.INC file, and then recompiled everything (she told me she ran
INSTEP 2 & 4).

>From the messages reported by GRIDUV when one runs IMAGR, it thinks
the AP size is unchanged. Have we missed some critical step?
