[daip] [HelpDesk #19384] Using AIPS remotely

I gave up trying to remotely log in to my AIPS account.  As far as I 
know, I wasn't modifying anything in public areas.  The only software 
installation/modification I was doing was on the desktop computer not at 
the AOC.
