Dear Adam,
CLIP creates a new file, without the data that you clipped. Thus
you will not find a flag table in the header of the old file. Note that
in the
material you sent us, the input file was file 60 on disk 1, but
the clipped data are in the new file number 65.
For TVFLG, you have to be careful to apply the flags when you
exit the program, and there might also be an issue with new files
being written.
