[daip] TVFLG query

Hi

I have been trying to use the interactive clip command in the TVFLG.  When 
exiting it asked whether to apply the flagging commands.  Saying Y to this 
is fine, but when then reloading the same catalogue file into TVFLG there 
are no gaps in the data where expected and the resulting image is not 
different from the one before applying the flagging.

Has this part of TVFLG changed - do I need to do anything different?
