{In IBLED, if I try to display the error bars while showing the phase, the task
 crashes and quits, giving these errors: SUM-GI> IBLED1: IBLOD2: IMVECT ERROR:
 SUM-GI> IBLED1: IBFOAD: ERROR    3 FROM IBLOD2
 SUM-GI> IBLED1: LOADING ERROR    3 FROM IBFOAD
 SUM-GI> IBLED1: TELEVISION I/O ERROR    3 FROM SETFRM
 However, if I turn off the top plot, it works fine.  Also, it works fine for sho
 amplitude error bars.
