useful data.  FILLM will drop pointing data and autocorrelation data
and all data that are flaged by the on-line system or are all zero.
The X-band data are a tiny fraction of these files and I do not see
how they could be useful but we could look at why the data are being
skipped.  (It may be hard to follow however.)

Is this data file somewhere that I can get to it?  remember that you
know where everything is in the archive and have rights to go there
but we do not know and probably lack the rights.
