[daip] Query about AIPS

Some process has locked this file (message file for user 1) and does
not seem to have let it go.  This happens most when a data area is not
on the computer that is using it since file locking over nfs does not
always close when processes die.  Try moving this file to another name
and then logging in as user 1 (password AMANAGER probably) to make a
new one.  You can try rm'ing the old file under its new name and it
may go away eventually.
