[daip] AIPS installation on a laptop

dear AIPS help,

i have installed AIPS on my personal laptop (named "bharat", Linux)
in the "/home/dharam/aips" directory.

everything seems to be ok ...
the "X-AIPS TV Screen", AIPS_MSGSRV" and "AIPS_TEKSRV" all appear,
but AIPS-TV do not respond on saying "tvini"
and "kleenex" command does not close any of these X-windows.

Kindly suggest, what is going wrong,
please see the error-message below ...
