[daip] WIPER display?

The picture you sent would not display.  I have tried it on my data
and it clearly lies about the Y axis range.  My UVPLT and WIPER plots
were the same but the UVPLT one with labels showed my (2 snapshot)
data at 55 and 66 degrees while the WIPER said -19.15 to 0.6 degrees.
I thought the two were identical in this part of the code but who
knows.  I wil look...
