[daip] Removal from AipsLetter's mailing list

I was long a user of AIPS and still receive the AipsLetter by snailmail. 
However, I think this is not useful anymore and ask you to remove my 
name from your mailing list. If needed I can go onto your very good 
website, this will save an unnecessary cost.
